We will be reading Minor Feelings: An Asian American Reckoning by Cathy Park Hong in the month of September and October and hosting a virtual book club and discussion in mid – October.
Minor Feelings is comprised of 7 essays about growing up Asian-American in the US. In this book club and discussion group, we will have conversations about our experiences as adoptees growing up in a predominantly white society and the emotions that are felt by marginalized minority groups, aka ‘Minor Feelings’.
